With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Jones of Oxford, Alabama, born in Crane Hill, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harley Floyd Jones; and his brother-in-law Gary Calloway. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jones; his wife Shirley "Sissy"; his daughters, Melanie Ann Jones, Hayle Kathleen Jones and Kelly Michel O'Brien; his granddaughter Anna Marie O'Brien; his pet Buddy; and his siblings, Michael Jones (Alisa), Melissa Jones Calloway (Gary) and Michele Jones Kilpatrick (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (50 Hamric Dr E, Oxford, AL 36203). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
