He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Campbell, Burton Fowler Sr. and Ida Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Julie Fowler; his children, Jaidyn Fowler, Annie Fowler and Bethany Fowler; his parents, Annie Miller and Mark Eldridge Fowler Sr.; his stepfather David Miller; his siblings, Steven Fowler (Megan) and Jamie Cooper; his parents-in-law, Rex Surrett (Stacey) and Sherri Maxwell; and his sister-in-law Melissa Surrett. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
