She was predeceased by: her parents, Elma Gartman and Clifton Gartman; her brothers, Raymond, George, Clifton and William Frederick; and her former husband Porter Tillman.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Raines (Michael) of Daphne, AL and Marcus Tillman (Gail) of Anniston, AL; and her grandsons, Jackson and Noah Tillman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
