She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Burdette and Ella Burdette; her sister Corine Farrell; and her former husbands, Guy Ray Voyles and James McMichael.

She is survived by: her husband Alfred Maddox; her siblings, Bitsy Andrews (Larry) and Johnny Burdette (Ruby); her children, David Dunaway, Jeff Dunaway (Cindi) and Angie Terry (Timmy); her grandchildren, Matthew Cooper, Ray Cooper, Michelle Cooper, Tyler Dunaway, Lindsey Dunaway, Chance McGee and Hannah McGee; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Cooper, Silas McGee and Tucker Cooper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her fur babies.
