She was predeceased by: her nephew Trey Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Hughes; her parents, Mike Phillips and Martha Phillips; her brother James Michael II (Tammie); her grandmother Sarah Reaves; and her grandchildren, Waylon, Mason Hughes and Matlyn Mabie. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
