In the vast expanse of eternity, Kelsey shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kelsey farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack and Velma Stapler. She is survived by: her husband Bobby "Bob" Howell; her son Jack "Jackie" Herren (Ginger); her stepdaughter Susan Howell; her grandchildren, Carley Frensley (Robert) and Cole Herren (Jodi); and her great grandchildren, Charlie Frensley, Harper Herren, Reese Herren and Emmy Herren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (50 Hamric Dr E, Oxford, AL 36203). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
