She was predeceased by: her husband Louis T. Slick; her son Danny Slick; her parents, Gene Isbell and Betty Ann Isbell; and her brother Terry Isbell.

She is survived by: her children, Donnie Slick (Cheryl), Diane Slick, Dennis Slick, Tom Slick (Kathy), Jackie Sears (Ken) and Jim Slick (Staci). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and lots of nieces and nephews.
