It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juerod Sims of Oxford, Alabama, who passed away on January 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anna L. Grady Sims; his parent Princie Mae Dunson; his sister Mabel Sims; his grandson Antrell Sims; his niece Joyce Pray; and his nephew James Alfred Turner.
He is survived by: his sister Burnese Turner; his children, Natalie Sims, Felicia Sims Mercer (Michael), LaSonja Sims Talley (Burdette), Jaquetta Sims and Tiffany Sims Young (Thomas); and his stepchildren, Ricky Williams, Brenda Hasberry (Adrian), Mitzi Sims and Derricko Sims (Safira). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, beloved nieces and nephews, and extended family members and friends.
