He is survived by: his wife Gail Edwards; his children, Heath Edwards (Krystee) and Holly Butterworth (Shane); his grandchildren, Hunter Butterworth, Pierce Edwards, Cooper Wallace Butterworth, Cayden Edwards and Courtney Butterworth; his sisters-in-law, Sheila Guthrie (Owens) and Janet Dearman; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Whitelaw (Robert), Jamie Guthrie (Alessandra), Nathan Dearman (Sintia), Matthew Dearman, Malene Roberts, Annette Acker, Emmitt Shake, Becky Shake, Justin Shake (Addie), Josh Shake (Kara), Jared Shake and Jacob Shake.
