He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cook (Steve) and Michael Pettus (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Jessica Marr (Chris), Emily Cook and Amanda Pettus; and his brother Douglas R. Pettus (Pat). He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
