He is survived by: his wife Mandy Kiker; his children, Tristian Butler (Nicola), Jacob Kiker, Katie Butler and Keyra Ann Kiker; his nephews, Eric Kiker (Lizzie) and Christopher Parker (Savannah); his niece Jessica Parker; his sister Gina Kiker (Chris); his granddaughter Lauren Claire Butler; his parents, Steven Kiker and Sandra Beck; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dixie Jones, Abigail Jones, Kayleb Kiker, David Parker, Lakelynn Parker and Kaydance Parslow.
