He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nona Eugenia Dennis of Grant; his parents, Robert Farmer and Minnie Farmer; his sons, James Kent and Greg; his siblings, John, Lee Farmer, Esther Kennamer, Ruth Harper, June Dennis of Grant and Francis Roper of Anniston, Alabama.; his children, Dianne Carney of Foley and Phillip Farmer of Lucedale, Mississippi.; his granddaughters, Amy Bullock (Robert) of Daphne and Jessica Sturgis (Joseph) of Daphne; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Jacob, Evan, Shye-Anne Bullock, Isla, River and Evelyn Sturgis.
