She is survived by: her husband Ernest Leveral Howell; her children, Debbie Howell, Phyllis Phillips (Mike), Paula Jones (Shannon), Christy Molden (Jeremy) and Ricky Howell (Sharon); her grandchildren, Josh Hamby, Leah Betts, Adam Conrad, Caleb Conrad, Ben Phillips, Katie Winn, Brock Sanderson, Brody Jones, Olivia Jones, Heather Reed, Parker Molden, Lawson Molden and Lily Molden; her stepgrandsons, Chandler and Taylor McCracken; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Hamby, Jayson Stephens, Karson Hamby, Adalyn Thacker, Cannon Betts, Iva Betts, Henry Phillips, Barrett Phillips, Elizabeth Phillips, Chloe Winn, Walt Winn and Noah Sanderson. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
