He is survived by: his children, J. Britt Middlebrook and Deanna Sue Middlebrook; his daughter-in-law Tonya Middlebrook; his grandchildren, Kyle Middlebrook, Brittany Middlebrook (Tim Davdison), Mary Kathrine Middlebrook, Tyler Middlebrook and Trent Middlebrook; and his siblings, Leroy Middlebrook and JoAnn Brown. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
