He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Mendes and Ana Mendes; and his siblings, Lidia Humpert and Elmano Mendes. He is survived by: his wife Regenia Mendes; his daughters, Stephanie Johnson (Toriano) and Samantha Green (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Toriano Johnson Jr., Tyler Johnson, Carrington Green and Abigail Green; his siblings, Ruben Lima, Valquiria Nadeau and Arcelina Wheeler; and his close friend Matt Phillips. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
