He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hawkins; his children, Steve Hawkins (Paula) and Valerie Sims (Mark); and his grandchildren, Kevin Hawkins (Christy), Eric Hawkins (Wendy), Brandy Hatchett (Lee), Debra Brooks (Shane), Rebekah Hawkins (Ethan) and Hannah Hawkins. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
