He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roark and Peggy Roark; his grandparents, J. D., Ara Ray, Robert and Eleanor Roark; his aunt Sylvia; his uncle Larry Ray; and his cousins, Brock and Jeff Ray.
He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Harper (Dennis), Rebecca Reid (Barry) and Amanda Haddin (Peter); his nieces and nephews, Andy, Charlie Harper, Sam, Nick, Will Reid, Christopher Haddin, Rachel Reid and Sarah Haddin; his aunt Jean; his uncle Jerry Ray; and his cousins, Scott Ray (Melodee), Heath Ray and Chad Ray (Shellie).
