He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sanford Howell, Sr. and Florence L. Howell. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Joyce" Howell; his children, Kim Walters (Perry) and Rusty Howell (Colleen); his grandchildren, Natalie Hamilton (Taylor), Neal Walters (Rebecca) and Corey Howell; his great grandchildren, Windsor Hamilton, Wells Hamilton and Howell "Howie" Walters; his siblings, Betty Hoffman (Paul) and Roy Sanford, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Alan Fuller, Susan Whitman, Michelle Harmon and Andy Howell; and his pet Katie.
