She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Freeman; her parents, G. T. Hendrix and Easter Hendrix; and her siblings, George Hendrix, Kythia Hill, James Hendrix, Alma Spurlin, Hugh Joe Hendrix and Fred Hendrix.

She is survived by: her children, Warren Freeman (Melinda), Sheila Vinson (Bobby) and Stephen Freeman (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Rose (Matthew), Julie Thrower, Aundrea Freeman, Elizabeth Freeman (Jimmy Brogden), Christopher Griffin (Lisa), Caleb Freeman, Nathan Freeman and Anna Freeman. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
