He is survived by: his sons, Kurtis Donald Holmes (Alexus), Christian Jacob Holmes, Dylan Alexander Holmes and Ayden Christian Holmes; and his parents, Fred Holmes Jr. and Priscilla Ramona Pitts. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
