He is survived by: his siblings, Mattie Franklin, Mary Alice Wilson (Walter), Mary White, Jean C. Moore (James), Josephine Boyd, Marion Mickler, Charles Rowe (Monica), Jerome Rowe (Liz) and Milton Rowe; his sister-in-law Bonderie Rowe; his close friend Ella Wagner; and his goddaughter Tabatha Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
