He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pate; his children, Tim, Cindy Pate and Sandra Lackey; his grandchildren, Brock, Hunter, Kristi, Jeremy, Thomas (Ashley) and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Anna Leigh, Asher, Mattie, Timothy, Dylan and Madisyn; and his siblings, Bobby Pate, Lawrence Pate, Wendell Pate, Albert Pate, Donna Patterson and Melba Turner. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
