It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Gentry Atkisson (Oxford, Alabama), who passed away on January 22, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William and Annie Laura Gentry (Stanley Atkisson). She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Atkisson (Whitney) and Josh Ellison (Britni Davidson); her siblings, Terre Ponder (Kent), Deb Gentry Cobb (Jerome), Lee Gentry (Kay), Michael Gentry (Jessica) and Shelby Mosley (Kenny); and her grandchildren, Tripp Ellison, Maston Atkisson and Redd Atkisson. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
