It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Hicks (Oxford, Alabama), who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Bessie Hicks and Gibson Hicks Sr; his brother Gibson Hicks Jr; his wife Karen "Beebee" Hicks; his daughters, Toni Coleman (Robbie), Christy Dupree (Deon) and Kimberly Bean Kendra Hicks (Frank); his siblings, Pam Holbert, Nancy Cobb, Patricia Geiger and Paul Hicks; his grandchildren, Hayden, Deon Jr, Alexis, Breanna, Landon and Davon; and also Charles Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
