He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cooper; his children, Tim Cooper and Tammy Cooper Kaemmerer (Lynn); his granddaughter Danielle Kaemmerer; and his brother-in-law Anthony Powell. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
