He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elaine Blackburn; his children, Emily Harrell (Marcus), Matthew Blackburn and Adam Blackburn (Laura); his grandchildren, Addison Bradley, Harper Harrell, Emmett Wassermann and Audrey Blackburn; his mother Audrey Vermillion; his sisters, Vonda Watts (Clyde), Greta Cleveland (Stan) and Beth Amason (Kevin); his father Bobby Blackburn; and his grandson Peyton Bradley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
