He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hammonds Haynes; his daughters, Beth Haynes Burleson (Bart) and Lindsey Darlene Haynes; and his siblings, Peggy Haynes Hildreth (John), John D. Haynes (Diane) and Patrick Haynes.
