He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Butterworth; his children, Michael Butterworth (Carol), Shane Butterworth (Karen), Josh Barnett (Sara) and Christi Butterworth; his grandchildren, Paige Butterworth, Courtney Butterworth, Tyler Butterworth, Megan Sprouse (Devon), Taylor Stewart, Colby Stewart, Baylor Barnett, Blakely Barnett and Katelyn Barnett; and his great grandchildren, Kenlee Mitchell, Dayton Mitchell, Brayleigh Sprouse and Kennedy Sprouse.
