She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Smith; her parents, Rudolph Jackson and Sarah Jackson; and her parents-in-law, William and Betty Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Leigh Turnbull (Brian), Samantha Gilchrist (Chad) and Jeremy Smith (Alycia); her grandchildren, Bradyn Turnbull, Braxton Smith, Asher Turnbull, Hadley Gilchrist, Hollyn Gilchrist and Harper Turnbull; her brothers, Jerry Jackson (Pam) and Jeff Jackson (Suzi); and her nieces and nephews, Wesley Jackson, Shannon Smith, Ben Smith, Lyndsey Wright, Julie Jackson and Jenna Jackson.
