He was predeceased by: his wife Starla Moore; and his father Charles William Moore II. He is survived by: his children, Lori Bussey, Ryan Moore (Bethany) and Brandon Moore; his mother Carolyn Marie Moore; his siblings, Lynn Patterson, Dani Chandler (Glenn), Ken Moore and Jamie Moore; his grandchildren, Brayden Moore, Rylan Moore, Marley Banks, Keith Mayne and Rayleigh Caussey; and his niece Carol Chandler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
