He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Orr and Nannie Bell Orr; his wife Sandy Orr; and his brother Jimmy Orr. He is survived by: his children, Charles William Orr Jr. (Kathleen), Teresa Orr, Melinda Orr and Beckie Buckner (Wade); his grandchildren, Meaghan Haines (Howard), Colleen McDonald (Jerry), Nicole Palmer (Patrick), Christa Smith (Jonathan), Brae Swagert (Zack), Madison, Chayse Cotton and Alexandra Orr; his great grandchildren, Garrett, Trip, Griffin McDonald, Hailey Haines, Kyleigh, Peyton Sharron, Brody, Owen and Ansleigh Smith; and his sister Nancy Wood (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
