He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Williams, Sr. and Mary Lee Britt Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sandra McClendon Williams. He is also survived by children and nine grandchildren, two sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
