He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Laymon and Bell Laymon of Anniston; his siblings, Horace Laymon, Cecil Laymon, Johnny Laymon, Edna Cunningham and Patsy Smith; and his son-in-law Gary Thrash.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Laymon; his children, Tammy Thrash, Tina Walker (Jeff) and Roger Laymon (Ericka); his grandchildren, Scott Thrash, Brandy Clark (Drew), Kim Ford (Jamie), Matt Walker (Samantha), Wesley Walker (Casey), Madison Laymon and Kaden Goodwin; and his sister Peggy Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as extended family members and friends.
