He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Ann Smith; and his stepfather Sonny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tami Crumley; his children, Brian Crumley and Ragan Crumley O'Connor (John Bryan); his father Clifford Crumley; his sisters, Dana Crumley (Lindsey) and Angie Hollingsworth (Mike); his grandchildren, Addie, Brynlee, Easton Crumley, Wrynlee and Layton O'Connor; his nephews, Jordan Hollingsworth (Brandy), Zach Hollingsworth (Alex), Trent Hollingsworth (Skyler) and Spencer Hollingsworth; his great-nephew Baker Hollingsworth; and his great-niece Lillian Hollingsworth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
