She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy Dulaney and Nellie Agnus Dulaney Johnson; and her sister Betty Sanders. She is survived by: her brother Roy Sonny Dulaney (Shirley); her husband Harold Eugene Sparks; her sons, Jeff Sparks (Jenny), Stan Sparks (Cynthia), Steve Sparks and Tim Sparks (Janet); and her grandchildren, Justin Sparks (Julie), Jason Sparks, Jared Sparks, Shawn Sparks, Amber Wigley (Harrison), Angela Atkinson (Jeremy) and Alex Knighton (Saundra).
Bobbie loved flowers so flowers are welcomed, she also loved children and donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in her honor.
