He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Hawkins; his grandson Zachary Hawkins; and his siblings, James Hawkins and Opal Fant. He is survived by: his children, Steve Hawkins (Kim), Rick Hawkins (Darlene) and Janet Pollock. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
