He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Ann Adams. He is survived by: his wife Pat Adams; his children, Jeff Adams (Lindy), Sandra Cheek (Jeff), Ron Adams and Amy Leahey; his grandchildren, Preston Adams, Morgan Adams, Matthew Cheek, Jonathon Cheek, Erin Cheek, Ethan Leahey, Daylee Leahey and Avery Leahey; and his great grandchildren, Oliva Cheek and Phoebe Cheek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
