William Cecil Conard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Cecil Conard (Owens Cross Roads, Alabama), who passed away on December 1, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Conard and Bertha Conard; his son Jeffrey Conard; and his siblings, Raymond Conard, Harrison Conard, John Conard, Wilma Sorrells, Zora Messer and Hazel Haney.
He is survived by: his wife Doria Jane Conard of Huntsville; his children, Glenny Conard (Deborah), Kenneth Conard (Alyce) and Jana Moody (Mike); his grandchildren, Brandon Conard, Sabrina Conard, Amanda Higgins, Chris Brown, Kymberly Guthrie (Craig), Matthew Conard, Brittany Conard, Annie Lee (Chris) and Kelly Grogan (Jacob); and his sister-in-law Louise Conard. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hampton Cove Funeral Home, Cemetery (6262 US-431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Huntsville Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Floyd E. "Tut" Fann Veteran's Home.
