He is survived by: his wife Dorla Kay; his daughters, Jyl Neufeld (Ron) of Nashville, TN, Janna Pastin (Dino) of Brentwood, TN, Judith Clark (Jon) and Jennifer Frey (Gary) of Charlotte, NC; his sisters, Veva Garber, Erma Janzen and Lila Garber; and also Brunk Revival. He is also survived by son, JD (Diane) of Newton, KS, 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
