He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lea Brazil and Vera Scott Brazil; his siblings, Dora Lea Elrod and Roy Scott Brazil; his former wife Carol L. Panter Brazil; his wife Loretta G. Copeland Brazil; his granddaughter Rachel G. Underwood; and his stepson Kent Finkle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debrah Underwood and Diana Brazil; his stepchildren, Steven Finkle and Melanie Gayle; and his grandchildren, Nathan Underwood, Leah Underwood, John Moser, Shane Moser, Cameron Moser, Ashley Moser and Saylor Brazil. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Owens Cross Roads Methodist Church (9177 US-431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Owen Cross Roads Methodist Church or First Baptist Church of Madison in his honor.
