She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Maness; her son Joe Maness; and her siblings, Toshia Muira and Atsuko Miyamoto. She is survived by: her son Scott Maness (Tammy); her grandchildren, Patti Makofski (Sam), Joshua Seaman, Ross Seaman, Mack Maness and Michael Avery; and her brother-in-law Miyamoto. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
