It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Michael Bethune (Owens Cross Roads, Alabama), born in Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Richard Bethune Jr; his grandparents, Sally Bethune, Joan DeRamus, Buddy Bennett, Dot Haltiwanger and Bill Haltiwanger; and his uncle Mike Bennett.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Haltiwanger; his stepfather Terry Haltiwanger; his sister Kimberly Bethune; his grandparents, James Bethune Sr. and Ruth Bennett; and his close friend Christina Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Ability-Plus 100 Jetplex Blvd, Huntsville, AL 35824 in Christopher's memory.
