He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullins and Barbara Louise Mullins (Johnson); his grandparents, Arvid Mullins, Ethel Mullins (Smallwood), Luther Johnson and Golda Ruth Johnson (Stephens); his uncle Jack; his brother-in-law Wylie; and his cousin Yogi.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullins; his children, Kim Jackson (Mike), Melissa Mayo (Charles), Stacey Pence (Jeremy), Jessica Wameling (Chris) and Ryan Mullins; his siblings, Barron Mullins and Leslie Amburgey; his grandchildren, Chris Shavers, Tiffany Jackson, Jennifer Stumbo (Tommy), Taylor Shavers, Chase Miller (Shanna), Dylan Selvage (Shelby), Ellah Wameling, Lilianna Wameling, Landon Wameling, Eastyn Smith, Riley Mullins, Hadyn Mullins, Logan Mullins, Jagger Pence, Karlei Pence and Presley Pence; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Hunter Bearden, Ashlyn, Aiden Jackson, Raegan, Jackson Strickland, Araya Stumbo, Tommy J. Stumbo Jr. and Audrey Stumbo.
