He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Julia Folsom Robb of Mobile; and his brother Phillip Bruce Robb (Joanne M. Robb) of Texas. He is survived by: his children, Julia Robb Fulghum (Christopher) of Auburn and Jason B. Robb of Birmingham; his grandsons, Robb M. Fulghum and Bradley C. Fulghum of Auburn; his sister Julia Robb Towery; his brother-in-law Sammy Towery of Satsuma; and the mother of his children Charlene Tucker of Birmingham. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
