She was predeceased by: her husband John Richard Underwood (Rick). She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Kirkpatrick of Pensacola, FL. and Kate James (Joel) of Niceville, FL; her grandchildren, Kenna Kirkpatrick, Ryan Kirkpatrick, Scott Kirkpatrick, Allyson James and Sarah James; and her sister Sandra Insalaco (Sam) of Snoqualmie, WA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
