With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Ellis Calvert of Orange Beach, Alabama, born in Robertsdale, Alabama, who passed away on August 7, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dessie Levens Calvert and John Arnold Calvert; his wife Cynthia Watson Calvert; his brothers, Timothy Arnold Calvert (Debbie Hamilton), Steven Hollis Calvert (Cathy Calvert) and Douglas Harold Calvert; and his brother-in-law Crawford Denton Gibbes (Laura Gibbes). He was also cherished by his wife, his family, his friends.
