He is survived by: his parents, Paul Turner of Panacea and Judy Zotti of Alabama; his uncle John "Jeb" Zotti; his stepbrother Rob Cason (Michelle) of Woodstock, Georgia; his half-sister Stephanie Jackson Hogan of Panama City, Florida; his aunt Linda Turner of Smyrna, Georgia; and his close friend Amanda McEvers. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Bart's honor to the American Cancer Society.
