He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Barbour; his children, Anne Riggs (Todd) of Jefferson City, MO, James Barbour (Christine) of Cincinnati, OH and Stephen Barbour (Jody) of Morrison, CO; and his grandchildren, Kevin Barbour of Dallas, TX, Adam Riggs of Nashville, TN, Alison Riggs of Jefferson City, MO, Domanick Comer of Lakewood, CO and Rudolph Comer of Lakewood, CO. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
