He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ross Vance and Ruby Mae Meggs; and his brother Randall Vance. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Ellen Vance. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mesopotamia Cemetery.
