She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Pearl Cowen Jones and James Collier Jones; her siblings, Ned Donald Jones and Edith Jones Calhoun; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Greggory and Kenadi Reese Ramer.
She is survived by: her husband Joe M. Mikel; her daughters-in-law, Rickey Mikel, Terri Mikel and Jay Mikel; her daughter Becky Mikel Riggs; her son-in-law Jamie; her brother Earl Jones; and her sister-in-law Dot. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Camp Wiregrass or Camp Victory.
